If you have a landline phone in the UK and want to redirect your incoming calls to the Answering AI service, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Dial the Redirection Code

  • Pick up your landline phone and listen for a dial tone.

  • Dial the appropriate redirection code based on your telephone service provider:

    • BT: Dial 21

    • Virgin Media: Dial 21

    • Sky: Dial 21

    • TalkTalk: Dial 21

    • Vodafone: Dial *21

    • O2: Dial *21

    • EE: Dial *21

    • Three: Dial *21

    • Plusnet: Dial 21

Step 2: Enter the Answering AI Phone Number

  • After dialing the redirection code, you'll hear a dial tone again.

  • Enter the phone number provided by Answering AI. This is the number where your calls will be redirected. Make sure to include the country code if necessary.

Step 3: Confirm the Redirection

  • Once you've entered the Answering AI phone number, listen for a confirmation tone or message from your telephone service provider. This indicates that the call forwarding has been successfully set up.

Step 4: Test the Call Redirection

  • To ensure the redirection is working correctly, ask a friend or family member to call your landline number. The call should be redirected to the Answering AI service.
